"Reyna and her team were fantastic, they came on time, were very pleasant and cleaned my mom’s 3000sf house just as I asked. Every nook and corner were filthy, especially the kitchen and it was spotless when they left. I’d hire them again and you should too!"

"Kristen was 25 minutes late and was not wearing a mask. I paid $100 for her to clean my apartment and upon a closer look the following morning, just before my final walk through, the apartment was still dirty. She did not clean inside of the medicine cabinet, the toile, the floors still had dirt in the corners, there was tape left stuck to the floor, and none of my shelves had been dusted. For $100 I expect a lot more out of a cleaning service. I had fully cleaned my refrigerator before she arrived and it still took her almost 2 hours. I wish I had paid through the app so I could have requested a refund."

"While cleaning the office, Abby came into the shop to try her mechanical skills. Over the next few weeks she did oil changes, greased trucks, changes brakes, repaired flat tires, and did weekly inspections of fleet trucks and trailers as well as maintenance on cars air conditioning. If there's anything that needs to be done, inside a home or out in a shop, she can do it and is absolutely not afraid to get her hands dirty if that's what it takes to get the job done."

Small jobs welcome

"I would give negative stars if I could. I hired these people to do a ?Move Out Clean? and ?professional standard carpet cleaning?. My landlord did our move out inspection today, and said he would have to have the entire job redone. He wouldn?t even want them to come back for how bad they did. They charged me $750 to essentially do a poor vacuuming job, and wipe down a few surfaces. Things that were entirely NOT DONE AT ALL INCLUDE: - not a single drawer or cabinet was touched - bathroom floors left without sweeping or mopping - cobwebs left in all corners - all baseboards downstairs left undone - stove not cleaned - showers left with deposits - many closets not vacuumed at all - entire laundry room not cleaned - entire downstairs bathroom not cleaned - carpets left with stains - countertops left unwiped These people claimed they didn?t know how hard of a job it would be, and didn?t have enough time to complete it. Angie won?t even let me post more than 1 photo due to file size?"

FAQs for maid service projects in Yelm, WA

When cleaning out an estate, identify all vital documents and possessions. Consult with family members to determine which items you want to keep. Forward mail, replace locks, and create an inventory to ensure nothing essential is overlooked. Next, create a detailed plan and timeline for sorting, donating, or discarding items. Finally, perform a thorough deep clean to prepare the property for sale or continued use.

The four-box method for decluttering involves dividing items into four categories: discard, donate, keep, and relocate. When cleaning out the estate, set up four clearly labeled boxes to sort through all belongings. This organized system reduces work later, cuts labor costs, and ensures each item is handled efficiently before any professional intervention.

You should declutter the estate before hiring a professional service to ensure an efficient estate clean-out. Remove all unwanted items and organize valuables before beginning any cleaning. Once everything is sorted and either relocated or discarded, a professional move-out cleaner can perform a thorough deep clean that enhances the property's appeal.

Estate clean-out services are priced based on the items' volume and handling requirements, not per square foot. Costs increase when there are more items to process, especially bulky ones that demand extra labor and specialized equipment. Larger properties with many possessions incur higher prices because every item is carefully evaluated and removed according to service protocols.
