"I called and asked for a after winter cleanup since we moved in to the house just prior to winter and never did anything to the yard. Personal Touch (PT) came out and told me about a Spring Cleanup deal, which was described, but the agent also mentioned numerous other things that apparently didn't fall under Spring cleanup, they were just other services for a different price. I agreed to do the Spring Cleanup and declined a regular service from them to gauge their performance and final cost to see if I would like to continue business with them. $1,300 dollars later (which I have waited to pay to discuss my dissatisfaction; I will be paying, but not doing anymore business with them) and what does not appear to be much work done - mulch turned and added more mulch, trimming, which I take their word they did, and weeding, which I still have many many weeds among my rocks. I know weeds will pop up, but there were weeds almost immediately afterwards and it just didn't look as if I paid someone to weed. I'll eat that one since they can't control the growth of weeds, I just wish they hadn't said to call them back if any weeds pop up. When I did, they said it had rained so they wouldn't honor that any longer. Bottom line for me is, I do not feel like $1,300 dollars was well spent. It also appears as if they charged me for more workers/hours. From what I saw when I returned home, one person could have done the job in a few hours. I was told two (or more?), did the job over 24 hours worth of work, or some explanation like that. I don't recall seeing them at the house for a 24 hour period, even if it was broken up. Bottom line - I will not be using PT again because of pricing compared to work done. I didn't even mention the several other services they offer for a similar price between 800 and 1300 dollars. They wanted me to sign a contract with them, but after what I experienced, I would not ever commit to them. In their defense, I believe they deal with a lot of very wealthy families/homes and retirees. I almost forgot, they claimed to seed my yard, or some kind of treatment due to the yard being very traumatized. The grass never recovered and no reschedule/reseed was attempted so I guess they try, but don't see it through. If their one treatment doesn't take hold, you're on your own. I bet they will help for more money, though. I feel ripped off."

"They are one of the preferred providers when we moved into this neighborhood. They do triple "A" work. We have had them come back and do our landscaping. We had them do it originally and then we had an extended patio and they came back and did that, and then we had the driveway extended and they came out and they did that. So, it is a really good company. I am going to call them this spring. We have mulch in the front yard and I am going to have them put river rock to replace it because we have so much wind here in Colorado Springs, wood mulch just tends to lift up and fly away. They are a good company. They are very responsive. They do excellent work; all their workers just do a really good job. They work until they get it just so; they do not just go stuff down and leave you. They are very particular and they do a very very good job."
