"RedRocks roof and solar fell far short of their promotional material and I don?t recommend them. The team that worked on my project lacked required tooling & supplies to accomplish tasks in a timely way. They were content to leave my system in a nonfunctional and as it turned out unsafe state. Months after paying 100% of the total invoice I still didn?t have a functional or safe solar system. During that time after making full payment, I lost all confidence and trust that RedRocks were going to deliver a safe working system in anything less than geological time. When I complained RedRocks stopped answering voice calls or text messages and told me all communication had to be via email. This seems to me to be the behavior of a company that is worried they are going to be sued rather than one working to make things right. I have no problem with companies making mistakes and the good ones do everything they can to quickly make things right. "

I've dealt with Jeff on 4 previous occasions, once for plumbing repairs to my kitchen, once for a Water Heater install, once for a slow drip leak caused by a nail puncture done when the house was built over 30 years ago, and once for sudden break in a water line in the garage. Based on the quality and fair price for the work done in the past I chose Jeff to completely replace my existing polybutylene pipe with color-coded PEX. Included in the work was replacing almost all faucets, sinks, refrigerator and shower valves and fittings, washing machine valves, and toilets. Jeff did an outstanding job replacing all the plumbing, developing new routes that allowed me to isolate sections of the house in a manner similar to having home runs. During the planning stage,Jeff listened carefully to my requirements and proposed cost-effective solutions that saved me money and gave me what I really needed. I'm getting on in years and am living on fixed income and wanted a plumbing system I could rely on and Jeff delivered that! In addition, he has a drywall specialist that works with him that does superb work being able to duplicate existing wall texturing to make all the holes they had to make for the plumbing nearly disappear. "Little hard to know needs & quality, as a customer, without technical roofing knowledge. But, all the work and installed products seemed really solid and well-installed (gutters, flashing, etc). There were various work crews and subcontractors involved, but management seemed to stay on top of quality and performance issues, where they pressed their work crews to correct or re-do. I liked that they looked out for additional repairs and maintenance that I wouldn't have known about. They installed a nice venting system I needed (I believe at no additional cost). Other add-ons resulted in additional costs, but it's important to know all the needed background work was done. Slight sense of the company being a little overwhelmed and overly busy. A few minor errors in paperwork and communications, but overall a good experience. They were very patient with my many questions. Thanks Rampart!"
