James helped us understand the different available materials and methods for installation, and he was transparent about pricing. He even encouraged us to come to the masonry supply store with him to see the stones in person to make sure we liked what we were getting. James and his team also helped us solve some drainage issues in the backyard, repaired our side stairs and replaced the stucco, and fixed some issues with our front walk. Even when unexpected scenarios came up, they were handled thoughtfully and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and worked really well together. It's very clear James cares a lot about his work, and he wanted us to be happy with the result. Overall everything went faster than I expected and looks beautiful!"

When I called Luis, the owner, regarding the work, he got back to us immediately. He came out to look at the job and he gave us a very fair estimate on this job and another job that we wanted to also have done in our basement. The installation of the new concrete floor took a few days. Luis' workers were always punctual, respectful, and they maintained a consistent work schedule each day. "One of concrete blocks in my back yard has sunk and tilted. Yard floor was uneven which was a tripping hazard. In addition the rain water accumulated and was not draining properly. Mr. M. removed the old concrete block, made sure the pitch was right and installed new drain. This was only one part of the project. He also replaced parapet tiles on my garage, fixed all the cracks on the garage walls and painted. All work was done in timely manner and very efficiently. I appreciated the flexibility and option to add small projects as we went along. I am very happy with the outcome. Will hire his company again."

"We worked with Sunny (Liberty NY Construction) on a large project, and are very pleased with the result! We had the house and chimney tuck pointed with tinted mortar, patched some missing brick from previous work, replaced front and back stairs, and repaired the paver patio. The process took 7 work days over the course of 2 weeks. The house was power washed with special cleaners, and looks like new! For a 75 year old house, we could not hope for more! Sunny was on site every day to make sure we were happy with the progress and to make sure his team had clear expectations. The final days clean up was very well done, and included hosing down the flat surfaces, not just sweeping. Could not recommend them more!"
