Details, prep work, neatness, and cleanup were lacking. When I criticized some of the work he got offended and refused to finish part of the job. Gave me no notice and I was unable to hire someone else in time to meet a deadline. He felt he underbid the job and made that my problem. Roberto has the potential to be a good contractor. He just needs to pay attention to detail and follow through on what he says he is going to do."
