"Extremely professional service. I was given a flat rate. Three guys came the day of my move and had everything wrapped and loaded in 40 minutes. Once at the new location they stayed until I was satisfied with where all the furniture was placed. Everyone was friendly and professional. "It was a great experience. Jack came out to see the stuff in the unit and was able to provide a binding agreement shortly thereafter. He was also able to coordinate the move for two days later. The movers Wes and Randy (?) were terrific! These guys were so patient moving boxes and furniture out the way as I sorted through suff in the unit to get what I needed. When we got to the new place they moved everything swiftly in but couldn’t get my sofa on the elevator. They had to carry it up three flights of a TIGHT stairwell. They were tired but remained upbeat and professional despite the extra work. This was my best moving experience to date. I highly recommend Triangle Movers and plan to use them in the future."

"The Movers themselves were great. But Maxwell who scheduoed and priced my move called and asked me if I could change my appointment time from 9am to 1-3pm cause another job needed 4 trucks instead of 2. I agreed to help them out. Well that backfired on me! It turned into a rainy day with a storm coming. I had to travel from LI to NJ during rush hour with 2 cats. I left things behind because of these circumstances I have to go back now to get them from my neighbor. $25 Just in tolls! Today company told me I could not get any kind of compensation for my inconveniences. They had even lied about having a bigger job in the first place."

"The efforts of the movers who packed up my home went well; After speaking to Eli, I opted for the services that grouped my items for an interstate move, that stated items would arrive between 8-10 business days of the earliest move in date; after giving the date, it required several calls to coordinate the actual day. The second set of movers arrived at the appointed time then angled for a tip stating that there was an elevator charge of $300 (would it have been better to use the stairs to a 4th floor apt). Two small incidents with the move in-2 pieces of furniture were damaged, which I filed with the moving company, 3 months later no word on that claim, and, the movers failed to wash their hands after using my bathroom. Going forward, To have better control over the delivery and quality of work of the move effort, on both ends, I found it easier to coordinate the 3 phases of packing, moving and unpacking on my own; and hopefully I will see the funds from the insurance claim."

That includes wrapping up my delicate personal belongings such as my plants. They even assisted with unscrewing my stubborn TV mount that I struggled to do on my own. Talk about peace of mind!
