And then, when they did come I did not get a phone call alerting me to the date and time. <br /> The services were performed exactly as quoted, and they did a nice job cleaning up. I was not happy with the stump that was left and contracted for a grinder. "We could not be happier with Bob and his company. Today we were looking for someone to remove a stump, after several people came by and said the job was too big, Bob was recommended. He was here within 30 minutes and said he could do the job. He would be back Monday or Tuesday (7/25-7/26). 45 minutes later he called back and said he had an opening today and could do it now if we wanted. Bob was back within the hour and the stump is gone and the hole filled in. Bob and his crew are polite, friendly and great at what they do. We will be using them again and would highly recommend him to anyone."
