"For all the work we have engaged The Tuckey Companies to do, their service has been quick, and they have always addressed whatever household issue we were experiencing. As an example of their professionalism I offer this event: Last week we were having problems with our well pump. I called Tuckey Mechanical and asked if they could come to determine what the problem might be. Shortly after I called the office, one of the company's electricians called me about the matter. He told me up front what might be causing the problem and advised me that I should contact a well company to have it fixed. The company could have sent a technician to our home to investigate, thus incurring a cost for the visit; but it did not, thus saving me money. When I did call a well company, they came and diagnosed the problem to be exactly what Tuckey's electrician said it likely was; they fixed the issue immediately. This event shows how The Tuckey Companies do not take advantage of their customers but, instead, keep their clients' interests above their own."

Scott Hess actually designed and built my railing. He added decorative touches that showed just how artistic and talented he really is. "Called Seigmans Forced Air and explained that my regular HVAC company would not return my calls and my A/C was now down for three days. Seigman's sent a technician (Chris) within 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem and found that the fan motor in the condenser was bad. They had to order a new one and it arrived two days later. As soon as it arrived at Siegmans the service manager brought it to our house, as Chris was already here disassembling the condenser so the fan motor could be installed. Siegmans was responsive, professional and solved our problem quickly. They were also able to replace the fan motor and a capacitor under the manufacturer's warranty. I highly recommend this company."

Jesse is easy to communicate with and understood our needs. He also made some part recommendations to better complete this job. He is knowledgeable in many areas. We are having him come back in three days to do some work on bathroom sinks, install bathroom fixtures-fan/light units, and install above the range microwave.
