He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. "Contacted Jonathan about a remodel and he came out the same day to provide an estimate.  After about a week or two of getting other bids, I contacted to accept and schedule a start date. Which ended up being 07/07.  Him and his crew showed up right on time and got to work.
This is where the only problem occurred.  They were only supposed to take off the surface and leave the rails and the wall.  However I guess this wasn't properly communicated to the work crew and everything was taken down.  He apologized for the mistake and went back to work.  He finished the job in the stated amount of time, and the quality of his work was excellent.
