Anderson came in a tad high for roof price compared to the other companies, but the customer service, the services offered, the schedule availability, and the fact that they were willing to work while we weren't home all sold us on WT Anderson. They also handled much more than just our roof, whereas other companies would only do the roof. We had new fascia, new soffits, wrapping, roofing, gutters and gutter guards installed. I could not be happier. Our house looks so much better and no more checking the roof after every wind or rain storm! The crew made sure the yard was well maintained, they were prompt, and we had all of the work done in 3 days. My favorite thing was that neither myself or my husband had to take time off of work, because they were willing to work without anyone home. Other companies told us someone would have to be present. "I first utilized HCR in the August/September time frame. The sales rep., Robin was very pleasant. She did not come off as a high pressure sales person. We engaged in conversation. Her demo of windows was great. I placed an order an order for nine (9) windows to be installed. Due to the supply chain shortage, I did not receive my product and installation until January. Robin had apprised me of this delay upon our initial meeting. The installers were punctual and worked diligently. They installed the windows in one day. I did observe a rip in one of the screens. I placed a call to HCR to inform them of my observation. They said they would replace the screen, which they did in a very timely fashion. I reached out to Robin in September 2022, as I was ready to commence installation of the remainder of the windows, which in total was twelve (12). Robin arrived at my residence. She did the demo and I signed for the purchase. The targeted date for installation was set. There was a brief delay due to the type of living room windows I have - palladium and they are in two pieces. I received a call on or about January 16/17, 2023, apprising me that my windows are in. I set a date for installation - January 24, 2023, with a window of arrival time between 8-11 a.m. The four installers arrived @ 8:30. The immediately commenced to work. They put down a heavy covering for the floors and went at it until completion @ about4ish. I am extremely satisfied with HCR. As you can see, I am a “repeat” customer. I highly recommend them. I saw in one review someone said that they use unlicensed installers. Like any company, they have to go through extensive training and most individuals are not very knowledgeable about their job. They receive training ."

"I contacted Home Advisors on 17 June 2020 requesting the name of a trusted roofing contractor that could provide us with a free estimate for a roof repair or a roof replacement. They provided United Roofing Corporation. Nathan Statz, from United Roofing Corporation, called us and arranged a convenient time to inspect our situation. Prior to Nathan arriving on site I had compiled a list of four or five areas that I considered most needed his specific inspection and indicated those to Nathan. Nathan said he would send me a contract for both a repair or a roof replacement. We opted for a repair of the four areas specified and he would have us placed on their schedule. Over the next few days, we changed our minds and decided rather than the repair of the roof we decided to select the roof replacement. I sent Nathan an email asking if it would be possible to cancel the repair and select the contract for the roof replacement. His company indicated to us they were willing to accept a contract modification without any legal ramifications. A date of 21 July 2020 was selected as the start date and to be completed within one or two days. On 21 July 2020 at 0620L (AM), their crew arrived and rang my doorbell asking if they were at the correct address that needed a roof replacement. Within ten minutes they were on our roof removing the existing roof shingles. After just over two hours they had revealed all of the roof decking and identified the water damaged, broken and split 1â x 6â boards that needed to be replaced. I was invited to climb-up and view what they were starting to replace. There were four to seven areas that probably took another hour or just over to complete the wood replacement. They cleaned the roof and started placing new paper and new shingles. The crew cleaned up around the house and removed any nails and old shingles that had fallen from the house because of their working. The replacement went smooth and I was satisfied with the completed job. I would recommend United Roofing Corporation to anyone that would require their professional services. "I had the roofs replaced and skylights on my 5 bedroom ranch house with attached garage and re-roof a detached gambrel roofed barn. Bevins also installed aluminum trim, vinyl soffit around the house and replaced all the gutters. All the jobs couldn't have gone better! "I first contacted Atlantic Roofing Services by phone May 9th, on May 10, it was done. Mike came out on May 9th. He walked the roof and he explained to me the repairs necessary to stop the leak and suggested preventative work as well. He gave me an estimate and a start date upon my approval. Mike showed up on time with 2 other roofers and knocked out the job in less than an hour and a half. He cleaned up and hauled away all debris. As you know, this is roofing and only time and rain will tell the quality, but I observed all work and I believe they have stopped the leak using quality parts, materials, and workmanship. My roof is 15 years old and will need full replacement in 5 to 8 years. I will call them first. Do call Mike at Atlantic Roof Services for your roofing needs.

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
