"Andrew is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasant person to deal with. He repaired and coated 37,000 square ft. of a metal roof for us in just a few days at a very reasonable cost."

"Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job."

"Jeff fixed many of the minor items and pointed out repairs which will need to be done eventually and one minor repair which we scheduled for a later time which needed to be addressed immediately. He explained everything in great detail and provided good value and knowledge on the state of my roof."

"It went great! Stockton and his partner arrived on-time as scheduled, completed the job quickly, and thoroughly cleaned-up when the work was done; both were knowledgable and professional. I'll definitely use Bevins Roofing for any future roofing repairs and would highly recommend.

"Their consultant was on time and very knowledgeable. I ultimately decided to move forward with a new Roof and replacement windows. My Roof was done roughly 2 weeks later and my windows were just completed. I am very pleased and look forward to the energy savings this winter. The architectural shingles really look good and have gotten me a lot of compliments from my neighbors."

"Everything was great.  They showed up on time and were completely done by late afternoon.  They also did a great job cleaning up the roofing materials.

"Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. It was such a pleasure to have a Contractor do precisely what they say they can, and even do it better than you expect."

"I would say that Area Remodeling offers the best overall value for a new roof that I found. I considered price, ratings on Angies list and other online review sites and warranty. I found they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done quickly and correctly. They met me on a Sunday afternoon to review the roof and were on the roof Monday putting it on. The roof looks great! I will definitely go to them for a quote on my next project. Very pleased."

"Ronnie and his two-person crew were incredibly responsive, most professional and helpful. The roof repair(s) were required because the first contractor did not stand by his work of last summer. Ronnie spent time on the roof diagnosing the issues and within 24 hours he provided a reasonable project proposal and his crew completed the work. I have no doubt that Mansfield and Sons will stand by their work."
