"I have known Todd for over a decade now. He has been there to take up any issues I have with my property, starting with an issue with the fence, replacing rotten trims outside the house and painting them, locating the source of a leaking window (which several others were not able to do) and fixing it!!! and so many more. I dont know what I would have done without Todd. He is very fair, completes the job in a professional way, cleans up, high quality of work done and keeps his dates. I will always recommend him (as I have done so many times). Ravi Subbarao"

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"We received estimates from 3 different contractors for our soffit and fascia which was totally outdated. 1) Not only did Ryan Renovations offered the best estimate but also provided the best coverage for the entire project. 2) Ryan was very thorough and explained all the work needed as we went around the house while he was taking measurements. 3) The crew was very professional. They worked tirelessly in the cold February. They cleaned after each day that they finished. The workmanship was top notched. 4) A few weeks after the work was completed, we called for a minor issue that we noticed due to the weather conditions. Ryan responded immediately to my call. The crew came in and completed the work without even bothering us. 5) We were very pleased with the quality, professionalism and service that Ryan Renovations provided."

"Sales meeting was very comfortable. Randy checked all areas of concern and included all items discussed. Randy was easy to reach each time I called. Very responsive. Crew was on time, easy to work with each day. All items discussed were completed. The work was very well done. House looks new again. The Techs showed great pride in their detailing, clean up and final walk inspection."

"Process started November 3rd of 2021. The General Manager, Eli, came to the house and showed me all of the product offerings for a new entrance door with a sidelight and transom, a replacement window for the basement, and a specialty eyebrow window replacement in our master. I told Eli that I wanted one of the best doors they offer, to replace the builder grade door, and everything we are replacing needs to match the rest of the townhouses in our subdivision. Detailed quote was sent on the 17th. The quote included pictures of each item and the door showed the wrong transom window configuration. I was told that there was no picture option to show the transom configuration of 4 panes instead of 5 but he had taken pictures to insure the configuration will match with the existing door. I signed off on the paperwork and put down 30%. All three orders where custom, so the turnaround time was approximately 3 months and that also included some of there pandemic backups on supplies. In the months to follow I would receive a few automated emails a month on what to expect, manufacturing process, and what to do on the day of installation. The emails slowed down at the end of May and I finally reached out in April. The day I reached out they stated that everything was in and we set the installation date for April 26th. Opal workers arrived on time that morning and began the process. They started with removing all the old windows and door. As they unboxed the custom products I noticed that the door glass and eyebrow window glass were wrong. The basement window they were installing was considerably smaller than what they were replacing. I took pictures of everything and forwarded the information to there main office and received a fast response. I was told that the window inserts to make the configuration correct can be done after the install. The office manager looked at the picture on the quote for the door and stated that I signed off on 5 windows instead of 4 and I had to bring up the fact that there system had no pictured example of the 4 window layout but the General Manager guaranteed that all products would match the layout of the replacement. The basement window was installed and they used tons of foam and plywood to fill the gaps of where the old window was. I could hear the installers complaining after they unboxed the new window and initially put it in place because there was so much room on each side. If this was a custom measured window how come they installed a cookie cutter size that I could have bought at a big box store? The old window, without the frame, measured approximately 60 x 54 and the new window, without the frame, measured 48.5 x 48.5. This is the only window in the basement bringing in natural light. If this is a reasonable expectation then the sales team should have brought up the fact that replacement windows would be considerably smaller. If we were told this we would not have replaced the window at all. On top of the window being small you could see between the sliding glass as if there was no seals on the window at all. Air was coming in from the outside and there solution was to cut two pieces of thin molding in half, which did not close the gap. I was told that in order to fix everything it would take a couple months. I was not comfortable with paying the remainder of the $10,000. I wanted a guarantee that they would some how make this fix a priority, so we agreed to hold back $600. Two months turned into 5 months. The office manager called me once in that time frame and stated it would not be until September. It's now October and there has been no follow up. Maybe the $600 was less than what it would take to make the job right. For the first time in almost 20 years we have a gnat problem in the basement from that brand new Opal window. We would be better off just buying something to replace it. All in all there wasn't a single product that was right and the years of saving money to increase the value of our home was not what we were expecting. We will see if the pictures attached and review will get a response and then I can update it accordingly. I would be wiling to show pictures of the fixes and how there installers do there finishing work."

"Blue Sky replaced our 25-year-old roof and deck (flat roof and Trex deck, privacy screens and guard rails). Chris and his team were efficient and professional, cleaned up after every day, and did excellent work. The team created a gate for us as an emergency exit to our neighboring unit, and installed a simple yet elegant solution for the latches to be opened from either side. We love our new deck!"

"I needed six new windows and a storm door replaced...and all were long overdue projects. I got three estimates. Tom from Capa was the third (and the quote was in the middle of the three), but I felt WAY better about dealing with him than anyone else. Tom did not try to upsell me into an expensive brand. One company insisted I have entirely new windows....no inserts. Tom did not agree. Tom told me that "we'll take care of you" and was as good as his word. The company is honest and works hard to please you. On installation day, three men arrived and installed all 6 windows and the storm door in one day. They took pride in their work and were extremely hard workers. I HIGHLY recommend Capa. They are good, honest people."

"We had a 750 sq foot elevated deck built by Joel and the building team led by Matt. Joel was fantastic to work with from his first visit, design proposal and quote. The building team led by Matt did extremely high quality work and were great to design with as the project progressed. They were very neat and hard working. We were delighted with the overall experience, result and value for money. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them."

"The crew was using a propane torch to weld the edges of rolled roofing material, on a day with 30-40 mph wind gusts. They accidentally started a fire on my roof that quickly spread to my attic and two adjoining roofs. It caused $40,000 worth of damage. I never even got a call back from the company or even a written apology after the fire."
