"Walls have were gouge into the drywall. Our hardwood floors were scratched and I had to ask the movers to put down a runner. We were quoted 4 hours and the move took 12. We were charged double. I was told that once a change order was submitted for additional time needed and a new cost I would be contacted to get the ok. We were quoted 4 hours and the move took 12 hours. Our estimate more than doubled. I understand that it was a big move but no one ever called me to inform me of the change in costs. 3 movers spent 1 hour trying to put back a door that was taken off to get furniture through."
