"Overall I had a good experience. Since the cleaning I have not had any breathing issues! I'm glad I got the furnace cleaned as well as the ducts sanitized along with the vent cleaning The Good. - Jennifer who answered the phone was AWESOME. Friendly and called my right back when they had a last minute cancelation. The gentleman who performed the service was very friendly and professional. He explained how the service would be performed. John the owner took the time and explained the service over the phone while I was researching. I have vents on my ceiling and he explained the logic on why they do not remove them. Made sense and glad that he explained and very glad the vents weren't removed. (side note I submitted an on-line request and never heard back, I had to call to get the info). The not so good - Lack of cleanup. 1) My vents are on the ceiling and after the person cleaned each vent, some paint/drywall fell. Not alot but it made a small mess under each of the 9 vents INCLUDING my walk in closet and had "drywall/paint" on some of my cloths. Before the person started I SPECIFICALLY asked if I should cover stuff up and he said no, the suction would take care of everything. Once I saw the small mess under each vent I asked him and he said "unfortunately there will always be some stuff that come out". Again that makes sense BUT when I asked in the beginning he should have been up front. I do believe they should have cleaned up under each vent. 2) Unfortunately there were 3 dark stains on my carpet...not sure if from their suction hose or something else. The person said he thought it was mud and said to wipe if up once it dried. Luckily later in the day I scrubbed to get it out. When the gentleman left I IMMEDIATELY called the office to explain the lack of cleanup and stains. Jennifer was great! She was very apologetic and said that she will tell John and that I will probably get a call from him. There was a miscommunication and I wasn't told that John was on vaca. However as soon as he was back he called me. He was very apologetic and took my feedback and talked to the tech."

"We had a long list of projects for our new house, and Gary and his crew were outstanding. New toilets, faucets, pedestal sink were installed. New ceiling fans, wall controls, ceiling fans moved and new ceiling light was installed. Electrical outlets were swapped out. Outdoor window awnings removed and windows cleaned. Glued down carpet scraped up and floor prepped for new tile. Closet doors rehung. Gary was fantastic from start to finish. His crew was prompt and thorough. My only complaints are they used our single trashcan a lot for boxes, etc and they could have cleaned up a bit better and watched where they were laying out tools. I've had Gary back for a kitchen sink and disposal install and was very happy with it. I have a new project list coming up shortly, and I will DEFINITELY be calling him again. I can't really recommend Gary highly enough. Very thorough, good communication, fair pricing and very competent. If there's something you need done that he doesn't feel comfortable doing, he tells you rather than tackling it and getting in to trouble with it."

Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well.
