(Titan Solar, the PANEL installer, is.) Brad ordered the replacement for us from Solar Edge, and Juan was out to install it yesterday. It worked immediately. Instead of a huge bill for a replacement part, I got a small bill for the labor to install it. (The Solar Edge warranty doesn't cover installation.) This company saved me from paying thousands to retain one of those class action law firms where the only winner in the end is the law firm.
