I was looking for a motion detector ceiling light for garage entrance. Jon recommended an occupancy light switch which he installed. The spring he disassembled 5 closet Systems. Mudded. Primed. Sanded. Painted. Painted. Installed closet systems from container store in 5 closets. And picked up contacts from the store. Installed motion detector lights in 5 closets. "Gary gave excellent explanation as to what he was doing. Clearly I had the shed with a mind of it's own. After much work, we found there continued to be leaks in the building. Small mind you, but none-the-less wet spots. It was clear to me this was not acceptable, to Gary. I did not have to say a thing. He promptly went about re- evaluating the situation, discovered something I believe most would have never found. He fixed it, and I have an dry building again. He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets).
