They are very responsive & HONEST!! - After they excavated the sites it was discovered there where Helical piers from a past job of theirs from many years ago... maybe even 20 years ago. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "Over the past 10 years Wallace Construction Group has completed three remodeling projects for us: a two-story addition in 2007, a bathroom remodel in 2016 and a major kitchen remodel earlier this year. Marc Wallace personally supervised our two-story addition and the kitchen. The reason we have used Wallace for the three projects is that their work is very high quality, but at a competive prive. Everything is done very professionally, with everything in writing to minimize surprises. His project manager, erected a plastic barrier to protect the rest of the house from dust created by the kitchen demolition. It worked great! I had another company come in for an estimate and they wanted 3 times more money and much more invasive plan. The Basement Guys told me that it was not necessary to do all that and also provides a lifetime warranty. They were very efficient, thorough and very professional. They also cleaned up and were great to work with. They work for the company and do not subcontract. A+ company!"

"C&C Construction came to my remote property and removed and replaced a 4' culvert under my driveway.  Ralph and his crew did an excellent job with the removal, design, and construction of the new culvert.  The communication was excellent at every step and he gave us very useful information about what he needed to do and why.  I am very pleased with all the work that he did and will use his company for all my construction needs in future. <br />"

"The kitchen had to be gutted including the floor down to the dirt. we have no basement just a crawl space. .A door and plumbing were moved to make the kitchen more functional . There was a drop ceiling in the bathroom that was hiding plumbing. They removed that , moved all the plumbing, put up new dry wall, painted and hung all new fixtures. I had purchased flooring that they put down in all the rooms. The kitchen and bathroom were both rewired A gas line had to be moved.. Hickory cabinets were installed as well as granite counter tops. The gentlemen that did the finish work like trim did a fantastic job . The whole job took 8 weeks . A few screw ups along the way came in the form of when they put the pipe in for the toilet , some one did not measure right so they had to buy a new toilet which we did not have to pay for. <br />"
