"I had used the service previously for a last minute need on furniture removal, but this was the first time that I had scheduled the pick-up in advance and prepared for a large load of items.  I am not exaggerating to say that I was amazed that the gentleman who arrived were able to fit everything that I had in my garage into 2/3 of the truck.  Because you pay by the amount of the truck that is filled, I would have thought that they had little motivation to be as efficient as possible, but I swear they pulled out all of their best Tetris(tm) skills in order to take up minimal space. <br /> In addition, they were extremely professional, quick and very clear about the cost, their process, etc.  They also cleaned my garage floor before leaving, such that it was cleaner than it had been since I moved into the house. <br /> For a single person with limited ability to move furniture and heavy items on her own, I absolutely love this service and will definitely use them again. <br />"

"Three courteous and friendly young men came out and removed junk from behind my shed and a few other loose items in my yard. My B rating is not against them but the company itself misleading on the pricing. I purchased the big deal for $20 for $100 worth of junk removal. So I assumed that's what the price would be. However, I was stunned by the fact that the minimum price for their service is $140.00 so I had to pay an additional $40.00 when they arrived at my house. I'm not saying that the service wasn't worth $60.00 {$20 + $40), but I was led to believe that the cost would be $20 for $100 worth of work. The deal should read $60 for $140 worth of junk removal. Again, nothing against the service the young men provided. I appreciated their help in cleaning out my yard. <br />"

"They guys did a nice job. It took about 3-4 hours and two dumpsters to haul away the material. The only problem was they borrowed a trash can (new one) and they left an old one that was cracked and nothing like the one they borrowed. However, not a big deal. I can buy a new one."
