"We had three estimates and Roger was our clear choice because he noticed so many important things that needed fixing that the other two missed. His higher level of expertise was obvious. This work included many projects, involving a tremendous amount of labor. It took several weeks to totally complete. Roger offered suggestions for our front steps, which could have been left as concrete but we decided to splurge and use our favorite rock as an overlay. We special ordered Morton Gneiss (rock) from Coldspring for the step overlays and the buttress caps, in addition to the special order of two colors of brick for the buttresses. We personally researched and chose the rock and the brick. Roger has the experience and expertise to know what should be done and how best to do it. We enjoyed meeting and working with Roger and his crew. He has the most amazing crew of extremely experienced and expert workers. We can't say enough good things about Curtis, Chris, and Chaz. Their work was remarkably meticulous and skilled and showed the pride they take in it. In addition, they are very personable and courteous. They tidied up before leaving each day. If they came upon unforeseen problems, they discussed them with us and then fixed them, some at no extra charge. They even prepared a base and moved the two former heavy concrete buttress caps to our boulevard to use as a walkway at no charge. As a potential customer, if Roger doesn't get back to you right away, don't give up because he does return calls and he is most definitely worth the wait. He is extremely busy and we feel very fortunate that he was the contractor for our project."

"We were very impressed with Mike and his team. They were prompt, communicative and professional. We had not had our ducts cleaned for a considerable time and it showed! Integrity took before and after pictures to show their work and they did a phenomenal job. They also gave us pointers for things to watch for. "I just recently had a duct cleaning done by a reputable company after moving into another home. The time and manner in which they performed the service was well beyond what I had experienced with Top Dog. So, that is why this complaint is being filed after more than 1 yr. Top Dog advertised (and still do) $99 for 10 ducts and $15 for each additional duct. Also, they said there would be an additional nominal charge for being outside of their normal area. My home had 14 ducts, so the service charge should have been $159; however, they charged $400 plus $30 tax. In addition for the exorbitant bill, only one guy was there for 1 hr, failed to clean several of the ducts, and instead of using a large vacuum hose placed at the furnace plenum and compressed air via the vents, they only used a small brush ad vacuum hose via the vents. Clearly, I received unsatisfactory service (now that I know how it should be done) and was grossly overcharged. Its outrageous that Top Dog has an A+ rating with the BBB. I would never recommend their service and disgusted that they are still in operation."
