I called them about the issue and they came out to write up the estimate and charged me a $100 service call just to write up the estimate. I thought that should have been a free call since I was an existing customer; it was like they did not recognize or reward loyalty. That is my only complaint; other than that they did good work. I made it clear that I was unhappy but no one called to apologize."
