"My basement was flooded last week, and I wanted to make sure my sump pumps are working properly.  So I called JCTHI, and the owner Juan Carlos stopped by today to check on the sump pumps.  While he's here, he even helped me solving a problem I have with my radon mitigation system free of charge.  The manometer showed a "zero" reading for the past few months, and I thought this thing was broken until Juan Carlos pointed out the "zero" reading was caused by a pinched tube due to improper installation.
This is the second time I used their plumbing services, and I am very happy with their services and professionalism.  Will definitely use their services again in the future.

I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. "Leti & Ernesto are the reasons why JP Plumbing Solutions LLC VA is awesome. This is our second service done with them. Our 20 year old water heater was broken and leaking badly. I called at 5 PM to schedule to an appointment with someone at JP Solutions. The lady mentioned someone needs to come to my house to give an exact estimate. Within 15 mins Leti and Ernesto called me back and was able to give me a fair price over the phone and assured me they will be able to install new heater next morning at 11 AM.
