Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. "Henry Forrest is a man of his word. They showed up on time and got the job done. This is the second time we have had him out to fix another section of roof. He now has replaced the whole roof on our house and RV garage. If you ever need an inspection of a roof before you buy a house, call Henry and have him inspect it. We sure wish we knew him a few years ago when we bought this house because our roof was never maintained like it should have been. He takes pictures of the roof when he is inspecting it to show you if there is a problem. He takes pictures of before, during and after the work is done. "Tom came out to survey the project (wind damage to aluminum trim) and provided color samples that he could match. He quickly emailed a reasonable estimate, which we signed and returned and he was able to come out at the end of that same week to fix the damage. While here, for a very reasonable additional fee, Tom removed an old satellite TV dish and sealed the related roof penetrations. I would hire G&G again."
