If you want to find out what problems are hidden in your walls, attic and foundation, hire him, and pay him to fix the additional problems he may find. He is innovative and will find solutions if you let him, always at a fair price. He is establishing a client base, and may not be available to everyone in the future. I waited 4 months, and am grateful he was able to come work on my house. Attic Insulation Install: Mr. Juan Montoya will not only insulate your attic but also identify any areas where pests are entering and will identify problems with moisture or attic ventilation. Just pay him extra to fix the additional problems, you will save money in the long run. Drywall - Repair: Mr. Montoya's company will paint and leave the sheetrock with no sign of damage."
