It looks much better now. My only concern is that the "filler" material is still soft 3 days later. I need to call the company to find out if that is a problem or no. They were also fast. The job was completed in about an hour."

"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."

"<p>Project took 4 days.  Days: 1) Diamond grit, prep repair  2) Primer  3) Body coat-epoxy  4) Polyurea coating.  Epoxy is 36 ml thick and is 100% epoxy with no added fillers.  Crevices in floor were repaired and troweled with epoxy.  They coated up the wall at no extra charge and brought their own generator and HVAC.  The workmen were extremely polite and kept me informed at all times. They are an absolutely outstanding company and a complete pleasure to work with.  They have done work for Saints Stadium, Boston Scientific, Mall of America and U of M.  BBB gives them an A+ rating with no complaints. </p>"

"In the spring of 2015 we received hail damage from a storm. We filed an insurance claim and began looking for a reputable contractor. Our neighbor recommended and guy that was recommended to them by a friend, as being one of the best in the business and knowing his trade. That guy was MIKE WALK with Over Under Construction. Mike showed up on time, knew what he was talking about and didn't make us feel pressured to do anything. He was there for the Insurance inspection, on time again, and went well out of his way to help us through out the process. He explained everything clearly and had the math down to the dollar. The work that was performed was speedy and spectacular. We continue to constantly get comments from our neighbors and strangers as to the quality of work and how beautiful the house is. Mike stopped by periodically through out the repair process to make sure everything was going as planned. also the siding workers were very nice and polite and also on time and worked well into the evening. "Following a storm that left hail damage to our roof, we contacted Black Bear Builders. While working with Stuart to choose roofing materials we decided to update the entire exterior of our house. This included siding, gutters, and garage doors. Stuart provided many roofing and siding samples for us to choose from and was quick to provide additional samples when requested. Stuart and his team were very friendly and professional. The quality of the work is top notch. Stuart was able to accommodate our special demands, such as lighting for the address, additional electrical for the Christmas lights, decorative brackets, and the dimensions of the complementary siding. Stuart came back multiple times after the roof was completed to check for nails in the drive, shrubs, and yard. He showed the same concern for our satisfaction after the siding was completed as well. It looks like we live in a new house now. It has been eight months since the siding was installed and we still get that feeling of satisfaction every time we pull up to our home. "The steps replacement was slightly more complex with the location being over an empty cavity rather than on level soil. The top foundation block were crumbling from water damage. Norsk was the only company to address the crumbling foundation block when I was getting quotes. Thanks for that, Randy! Norsk even arranged for someone to come to remove and install a new door and frame as this was necessary to be done at the same time. <br /> Note: There was one residual of an electrical line being accidentally pulled, but Norsk was on top of that immediately to resolve the problem. <br /> The Norsk work went smoothly and the final results are absolutely wonderful. I was very satisfied with the attention to details, response, and outcome. <br /> <br />"
