Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

They did not do an in home assessment of the items to move and I did my best to accurately provide the details. The final to total was over $800 more than the estimate. It was also hard to plan because we did not get a specific day/time until 48 hours before the move. I would have preferred to have that identified from the beginning and also would have liked a closer estimate to the actual cost."

"I looked at 8 moving companies, and while Abba wasn't the least expensive the contact person, Yuriy Margolin, gave me straight, easy-to-understand answers to my questions. He either answered my calls immediately, or if he was busy returned my calls within a very short time. The movers, Alfredo and his crew, arrived on time and from the start were fantastic. They took excellent care of all my furniture and delivered it to my new home without even one scratch. My wife knew exactly where she wanted the furniture to be placed and they went out of their way to make sure she was happy with the placement of each piece down to the inch. They set up the beds and replaced the mirrors on the dressers. All the movers worked quickly and carefully, cleaned up after themselves, disposed of trash and we were 100% satisfied with their work. I would use them again and highly recommend Abba."

"Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."
