"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! It was hard manual labor and very difficult work. Ray and his team, including Martin were extremely professional, spending time explaining what was happening every step of the way and going through the costs in detail. They had to dig a 6ft hole in my back yard and then had to break off parts of the concrete steps. They left my backyard in tact, took away all the junk and waste material and supported the new pipe to code. I would recommend them highly for any plumbing job. On mine they were truly put to the test and remained focused, professional and delivered excellent work."
