"Office called as promised when tech was on the way. Larry was punctual and professional and answered my questions. Job was a little more involved than planned, but everything was explained and any costs updated. No surprises. While clog was the main issue, it was discovered a flange needed replaced and poor subflooring around the toilet was discovered. The flange was replaced and toilet reset. Snaking of the pipe need a little reinforcement and the 2 other techs who came to help were also very nice. Roots were determined as the cause for the original issue. Will call again for plumbing needs. Thank you!"

He did a very good job. He answered all my questions and gave additional information on future care and the best products to use. I wish the price was lower but you pay for the best. "We live in an older house in West Tampa. After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe’s guys were phenomenal. "I called Ron Horn Plumbing, Inc. because they are a local company and I wanted to employ a local service provider. I called the main office at approx.12:30pm and described my issues; they had Jeff at my house by 2pm. He fixed the leak outside in the main water line coming into the house. He also replaced the 2 toilet tank gaskets and bolts. When the water supply was turned back on an outside hose bib began dripping and he replaced that too. The entire job was completed in 2 hours.
