The carpets that we needed cleaned were 1 year old and in almost unused condition (because they are in a part of the house that we don't go into very often). The sole reason I was having them cleaned was to maintain the Stainmaster warranty which requires annual steam cleaning by a professional. The reason I rated the quality and service overall as a B is because the provider did not use any type of protective bumpers around corners and, as a result, his hose broke off a piece of our baseboard which we will need to have replaced."
