His crew arrived on time and since we were home, they came to the door and let us know they arrived. They were all very nice and very hard workers. After the work was completed they cleaned up and let us know they were leaving. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Carroll Roofing and Exteriors! The work was done as promised, when scheduled. They took care to take down and reinstall our Christmas lights and cleaned everything up before they left. They were honest, reliable, and responsive when I had questions. because they couldn't get to my roof right away, they did a temporary fix, and when that didn't hold, they came back and redid the temporary fix until it worked. They also took care of scheduling the tuckpointing that was necessary. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. The job in itself was not super complicated, but there were many moving parts including dealing with the insurance, handling solar panels, etc. These guys did an excellent job, and I would work with them again if I had to start all over.
