"Our roof was at least 15 year old and it had been over 5 years since our last inspection so we had Richard come out and see if any work was indicated. He came out quickly inspected our roof and said that we had no damage and reassured us that we likely had another 5 years on our roof. We greatly appreciated his honesty! Will definitely have him back."

"I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. Highly recommend Coldstream for their excellent work, professionalism, and honesty."

I would highly recommend A&W Restoration, and will continue to utilize their services in the future."

"Great! All workers very courtious and excellent roofers. All mess cleaned up. Would definitely recommend and hire again."

"Nick M. responded quickly to request. Explained probable cause of leak and approach to fix it in a calm and courteous manner. His craftsman, Miguel, is a super worker. He showed me a photo of another issue he uncovered when removing old shingles. Then Miguel went to work - new flashing, sealant, and shingles - around a "dead valley" area. Miguel left the house - roof & ground - as clean as he found it. Repair stood up to its first rain test Wednesday night !"

"We had a metal roof installed by an incompetent contractor. By the time we figured out what a disaster we had on our hands, theyâ d â gone out of businessâ and â sold the assetsâ to different owners, who would not honor the warranty. We didnâ t want the same bunch of miscreants on our property so we got some estimates and found ACI. Chris is very forthright and honest about the situation. I had a very low opinion of the roofing industry by this time but he put us at ease. His people did a very good job tearing off the mess that was here and repairing the damage. They put on a new roof and cleaned up thoroughly. We are quite satisfied. Please give Chris and ACI your consideration if you need a new roof or repairs."

"What an amazing job! The wonderful folks of Coldstream did an amazing job on my flat room. My roof was very old an in need of a lot of repair. Brian was extremely helpful in coming out, and taking great estimates of what it would take to protect my house. Flat roofs are not as common these days so Brian even had his top notch roofer come out and give his opinion as well. I had the whole roof replaced at a great price! The roof looks amazing. Brianâ s communication throughout the entire deal was awesome. And they did everything in a very fast manor, it only took them a few days. All before winter just as requested. The crew was very nice, and even cleaned off my back patio of all the leaves that were there. 10/10 would use Coldstream Exterior again."
