"Job was reviewed, estimate/quote was made. Estimate cost was considered a little too hi, so removed a couple items wanting done. Lead estimator was informed of new HVAC installation, but did not suggest replacement of outside disconnect with extension until called back after HVAC contractor required it to be completed. Learned later this is normally completed and should have been explored & suggested when evaluation for job was discussed. Electric company came back out immediately and corrected the situation, but cannot help but believe this additional trip and effort cost a little bit more then necessary."

We failed to have the third bathroom vent in time for this appointment, so we scheduled one when the part arrived. Another timely appointment was made and Johnathan arrived as scheduled and performed his work as diligently as we experienced prior. "Amazing company! First, Chuck visited, assessed what was needed to be done. Cale then arrived this AM, spending most of the day wiring in a new transfer switch, routing the input socket to the outside of the home. I do not believe Iâ ve witnessed a more professional job. He then tested each circuit to ensure what we needed worked well with the generator. Gotta say, a huge kudo to Chuck for his friendly evaluation, but even greater praise for Cale, who wasted no time, was obviously an expert electrician, and was very friendly during the process, explaining all the steps.
