"Mariana has been cleaning my house for seven years. She shows up on time and always does an exemplary job cleaning my house. She dusts under EVERYTHING and puts it back where she found it. I am very happy with her work and her work ethic. Absolutely FIVE STARS out of five."

"I hired Sizemore’s XXtreme Clean to clean for me, because the company I was using were cutting corners and nothing was ever cleaned right. I spoke with Michelle and let her know what was going on. She promised that she would do a way better job, so I hired her and she didn’t play around. Everything that was not getting done has got done plus more. Every time she comes and cleans everything is left sparkling clean. I wouldn’t change from Sizemore’s XXtreme Clean. Michelle takes pride in her work and always makes the customer happy when she is done cleaning. I would recommend her to anyone that needs cleaning done. "

"NO PAIN MOVING is just that “NO PAIN for the CUSTOMERS”‼️ First off, We were scheduled to begin moving at 8:00 on the dot. I went to pick someone up and I got back at 7:45am, they were sitting in the truck in front of my home patiently waiting for 8:00. I respect that on so many levels. The owner Eric is one of the most honest men I’ve ever worked with. NOTHING IN MY HOUSE WAS DAMAGED or MISSING. Not only did they load my furniture carefully, correctly & efficiently but they PROTECTED my furniture to the full extent. The absolute best customer service, Honest answers to all questions and SUPERB COMMUNICATION! Let’s not forget the fact that they started loading my items at 8:00am in Hampton, VA & by 1:00pm they were unloading the same items in Silver Spring, MD. If you want a honest, reliable, fast paced moving company that is pain free for the customers, contact NO PAIN MOVING & make sure you tell them Ashley sent you. Thank you Erick for producing such a wonderful company ?"

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Asheville, NC

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
