"Tim and his crew arrived exactly at 8:00 am every day and usually worked until about 2:30 or 3:00 pm. -- cleaning up debris as they worked and leaving the premises clean and orderly each day. Our multi-step project was well coordinated, with 2 people working most of the time and additional skills brought in as needed. Initially, I thought the quote was high, but when I saw firsthand how much work was involved, performed by 2-3 people, in phases over 5 days, I felt it was fair. The work involved removing old dropped ceiling hardware, installing new drywall ceiling, minor wall demolition and reconstruction as well as sanding priming and painting. I am very happy with the finished project -- a beautiful, comfortable and usable room. Cohen's Painting was conscientious and diligent, and Tim and his associates were professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. I plan to hire them for additional projects and highly recommend their work."

"Things they did well: They painted the screened porch without getting paint on the screens, They showed up at 9:00AM each morning ready to work Things that were not done well: Did not hand wash areas to be painted as we had agreed. I ended up washing areas myself before they could paint over more dirt. Did not remove and replace split and loose caulk, just painted over it. When they painted the front door they slopped paint around the inside of the door, I had to remove this paint myself and repaint the door edge. They slopped paint on my outdoor furniture cover and the porch floor. They didn't paint the top edge of the screen door. When I complained they sent an experienced painter out to see if the issues could be fixed. most could not or I did the repair myself. This was a several thousand dollar job, They did make a small price reduction for all the problems."

"The guys were on time and did the work right according to schedule. They were timely, friendly, and professional. After pressure washing the house, they went back through and cleaned all the windows. Did a GREAT job on painting the white trim! My house looks like new!! Really happy with the results and with this company. Have also hired SE Johnson Painting, LLC to paint a room in my basement and they did a great job on that as well!"

"I worked directly with the owner of Master Painter and his son.  They were extremely responsive when they gave me the estimate and were conscientious about the scheduling of my job.  Once they started to work, they finished in the time frame that they estimated for the job despite a few "surprises" that took additional attention.  They showed up on time every morning and quit at the end of the day despite several hot, steamy days in a space that does not have AC.  Some rooms in the apartment had not been painted in 20 + years.  When they found things that were not anticipated they talked to me about what they found and gave a clear description of what it would take to correct the problem.  The additional charges were not unreasonable.  They cleaned up the job each day and when they completed the job they rehung switch plates and window blinds.  It was a positive experience for me.  <br />"
