"Had a pressure reducing valve that went bad and didn't realize it was buried behind the water meter (Fla builders usually put in crawl space or garage); this caused my expansion tank and pressure relief valve to fail on water heater due to super high pressure. Crimson Long and his assistant from Hiller Plumbing came out earlier than scheduled appt. time, LISTENED to my encountered issues and repairs I had begun, were very PROFESSIONAL, Polite, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, provided an estimate for the PRV valve repairs and immediately began to solve my issue. Water heater is fixed, house is back protected with new PRV valve; I'm happy and the wife is ecstatic to have hot water back! Thanks Crimson Long and your asst. and Thank you Hiller Plumbing; your technicians have made me a customer for life.🙂"

"I spoke to them at 3:45 about a clogged kitchen sink, not what I think of as a plumbing emergency. They were here in 30 minutes. They were so nice, they quoted me a price for my clogged sink. It was a really bad clogged, they had to go down stairs to the clean outs. It was much more than a simple clogged sink and the price quoted didn't change. They give a 90 day guarantee, they clean up after after themselves. They are very thoughtful, great attitude, and they do great work. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs."
