"The installation of the hot water heater was performed in March. 2013. It was an a-one job. He was fast, courteous and professional. There was never a single delay. I am currently remodeling a bathroom and kitchen. Of course there is plumbing work in progress. I lost my hot water for about 2 days. I immediately thought the hot water heater installed in March 2013 was defective. Within 2 hours of my call Stevens was there checking it out. He assured me the hot water heater was fine.

Sure enough he was absolutely right. The contractors doing work on my house caused the problem. Stevens could not have been more professional. He didn't charge for his visit.

I made one mistake with my present contractors. I didn't hire Stevens Plumbing to do the work.
