"Today I had Roy from Hart’s plumbing come by to replace leaking outside hose bib. It had been leaking for the last three weeks. Very pleased with his professional attitude and experience. He knew exactly what was needed and completed the work very quickly. He was helpful giving tips on how to winterize our outdoor faucet. He also helped clear a clogged shower drain. Thank you Roy for your hard work!!!"

"Mary Peterson, CEO & Lead Designer, and her assistant arrived early in the window promised. This is an interior LED landscape (in the atrium) lighting, five lights with one not working - I already determined it was not the bulb. Mary quickly isolated the problem, a faulty junction, replaced the part and made a new run to the fixture- let there be light! Both were friendly, efficient and restored the garden so that you could not notice what work had been done. I hope I don't need NOL again but if I do, I will call them first. Which reminds me, A large local lighting company gave me five recommendations for someone to work on this problem. I contacted three of them and none of them returned my inquiry. I called Northwest Outdoor Lighting on my own and received a call back the next morning. I will be contacting that lighting company and insist they add Northwest Outdoor Lighting to their list of recommendations."

"Joe came to tour the property and provided a lighting design. I looked around quite a bit to see what other companies could offer but this company seemed the most equipped to deal with my stairs that needed specific kind of lighting. I ended up using the design Joe recommended and it is really beautiful. I love coming home at night and I really think it improves the beauty and safety of my home. The aspects of the experience that can be improved include: 1. Twice, the team did not arrive on the day they said they would. I needed to call Joe and ask for an updated day/time for the work being done. 2. I had purchased several brand new solar lights, an extension cord, and small walkway lights to act as place-holders until the lights could be installed. I understood that Joe's team would take away the old lighting including the rope lighting that had been there for years, but I was shocked that they took away all of the new lights and extension cords. When I asked for the items back, they were delivered to my house in a pile on the ground that included broken glass since some of the lights had broken. Only three of the five solar lights could be repaired. I emailed to let Joe know about the broken glass and broken lights and suggested that in the future they check with homeowners about what to do with legacy lighting. He never returned my email, seemed like he didn't really care."

"I am ignorant I guess to the cost of electrical work these days. Was SHOCKED that installing a ceiling fan could cost so much. But....we needed the work done and now I know how long I have to save in order to get these kinds of things taken care of. Perhaps that goes along with being a first time homeowner? Or maybe never needing an electrician might have something to do with it. I guess there is a lot to be said for being a renter for many, many years! <br /> Style came out and did the install for us. The work was done on one of the hottest days we've had in Washington state in quite a while and due to some issues with the place where the fan was going to go, had to go in to the attic more than once. Felt terrible for him. But he was a pro and did a GREAT job.  He also looked at  installing some lights in/on our garage and took a look at our electrical panel.  He was pretty adamant that the panel be replaced sooner than later and promised to send us a written estimate (He gave us some numbers verbally but that was all) for the cost of replacement install - haven't heard a word since.  :(  With that said, we are currently looking for other folks to to provide us with bids for the job. <br />"

"Igor arrived on time, assessed lighting needs, went to purchase lights, and returned directly to install.  The installation is great and we like the new lights.  The only comment I have would be that I would have liked the option to go purchase the lights myself, rather than paying electrician rates for the time it took him to go buy them. <br />"

"The owner was quick in responding my initial request and accommodating my schedule. Yet, he failed to recognize the peculiarity of the building, which was built in 1930s. His team was not able to carry out many items he had promised to do. The team of three electricians replaced only 2 of the three thermostats, mounted the TV, drilled a hole in the ceiling but informed me there was not enough space for the cone. (It turns out there are recess lights that can fit into a space as shallow as 3 inches). Instead, they installed a hanging lamp on the ceiling with wiring tangling outside the ceiling, just to cover the hole they made.  <br /> Unfortunately, within two days I had to leave for a three-month tour. This issue was set aside until I returned in December. I left a message to the office for them to fix it. But I have not heard anything from them since then. I'm very disappointed by this lack of professional curtesy and unwillingness to take the responsibility to complete the job. <br /> If you want to get any electric work with any degree of complexity, do not go to Queen Anne Electric. <br /> Min-Hwa Cheng Kennard <br />"
