"This is the second time we have hired Robert to work in our home. The first time was to refinish existing flooring after some damage by a painting company we hired. This time it was to replace old family room carpet with hardwood flooring to match the rest of the house. We were either at work or out of town when he was here. We had complete trust in him and he did not disappoint. We cannot tell the difference between the existing flooring and the new - he did a great job making them look like everything was put down at the same time. He took care of our home while we weren't here - he cleaned up after he was finished there was no "dust" in other areas of the house. We've run out of floors for him to take care of for us in this house but when we move in a couple of years we'll definitely use him again!"

"Emperial Floors did a phenomenal job installing solid wood oak flooring in my home, covering 3 rooms and 2 hallways and also rebuilt the staircase with oak retrotreads. The flooring looks fantastic!! It was a fairly large job, approximately 900 square feet and I had alot of concerns about the final outcome, since I had 2 different types of flooring, carpet and parquet, that needed to be replaced. There was a particle board sublayer under the carpet that needed to be replaced with new plywood, but there was existing plywood under the parquet that could be kept and I was very concerned about the floors being level with the tile in the bathroom and kitchen after the new plywood and flooring was installed. I actually interviewed 7 companies before finally selecting a company to do the job! I happened to come across Emperial and set up a meeting with the owner, Ricky Core. Mr. Core's knowledge of the flooring and building industry is very impressive. He explained all aspects and challenges of the install job very clearly, so that I had a clear understanding and complete assurance the job was going to be done correctly. He also knew exactly what width plywood needed to be used to make the floors completely level, a mistake that was unfortunately miscalculated by two other companies. His team always arrived on schedule, were friendly, very courteous and responsive, and are highly skilled and worked at lightspeed pace without sacrificing quality. I give this company my highest recommendation. They did an exceptional job and my house looks absolutely beautiful."

"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"
