"Elijah arrived on time and was well prepared. We had just rented this big house and it had an attached mudroom on the end. The owner advised that the mudroom was not included in the rent but we were free to use it. I quickly found out why. When I opened the door it looked like a scene from a horror movie. The cobwebs were so thick and prevalent I could not step in. Spiders and other insects everywhere. Rotten wood and debris scattered about. In one corner, a rotting 40 Ibs sack of unknown product lay there with maggots all over it. Elijah was unfazed by this cave of horrors and went in with his equipment and supplies. He spent several long hours in there and wasted no time, save a couple of reasonable breaks. When he was done, I opened the door and could not believe that was the same mudroom. It was spotless. All debris, bugs and muck removed. Every surface, corner or beam had been scrubbed clean. It was almost good enough to sleep in, if it had insulation :) I had just gained an extra room thanks to E. I was so elated I immediately offered him more than the price agreed upon. I would use him again for any tough cleaning jobs I may need in the future."
