I had to scramble to leave while they were still on the premises. They called throughout the winter and holiday season to ensure everything was okay. They asked if any bulbs needed replaced. If I did need bulbs replaced, they came out right away. They later removed all the lights and then cleaned the windows again. It was a little expensive but the price was competitive compared to others in the area. They were nice, professional, and responsive. I was pleased with the service."
