"The owner Andrew was very proficient a personable with every aspect of the job. We had 2 raccoons in our attic. He took care of removing them from the attic and cleaned and sanitized and repaired all damage that the raccoons caused. Very quick turnaround from the first contact on Friday December 5 and he came on Saturday December 6 to give and estimate of the damage and one part of the project was completed on Monday December 8th and second part was completed on Friday December 12 th. He is going to return in 2 weeks to make sure the raccoons have not came back. He is very thorough in performing the job. I will use him in the future if I have any other issues."

The guy told us to text him when we seen a nest (wasp yellow jackets bees) my husband is deathly allergic so I thought paying in advance would give me great service. The guy always had an excuse why he couldn’t make it. We canceled our service and going elsewhere. Don’t pay up front it can take 6 weeks to get your money well I’m at 6 week still no payment they are a fraud!"

"The Customer Service of this organization was the worst I have ever experienced. Several calls made to the call center with the promise of the local rep to return the calls that didn't happen. After the online chat with the call center the service manager finally called back and after I expressed what I needed he proceeded to tell me that he had been doing his job for 39 years and didn't need me to tell him how to do it. He then said he was going to cancel my service and asked me if I needed the phone number to another service provider. He was very rude and obnoxious. I will be looking for another service provider and hope that this helps anyone else looking to do business with the Louisville area Terminix."

I recently submitted a complaint for substandard Lawn service on your internet site and also left a phone message at the local branch for *********, General Manager, asking if he could take a look at my lawn and discuss with him the condition.
