"I have a two-story commercial building located in a downtown business district. We had a bad storm come through and the wind ripped part of the building down on two different sides. The damage was at the very top of the building which was about thirty feet above the sidewalk. Looking up at the building, you could see the exposed bricks, some of which were obviously loose. It wasn’t long before the city building inspector paid a visit and told me that the building was a safety hazard and had to be fixed immediately. I called Elite Seamless Gutters and talked to John. He came out the very next day to look at the building and even met with the building inspector. They got to work and had the job done in less than two days. The building inspector contacted me afterwards and said that the building was up to code and we were good to go. The whole process was simple and stress free. He even went so far as to completely remove an entire tree that I didn't think he was planning to for a small additional charge. I have since that time had him back to take care of the trees that were attempting to return, and to plow the snow in front of the house last winter. He is polite, knowledgeable, and personable; always available to give advice; and is the consummate professional at all times."

"On 8/14/20 NaturaLawn technician Robert Braun arrived to apply the third lawn fertilizer application for the year. Robert was very pleasant and efficient and even took the time to spot treat the few unavoidable weeds that had materialized since the last application. At the same time Robert arrived we had received a shipment from another company for a product that weighed over 160 pounds. When he noticed the shipping company technician would not bring the container into the house, Robert offered to do so for us! It was a beautiful act of kindness on his part and we are so grateful for his generosity. Our lawn is looking great with NaturaLawn. We fully intend to utilize NaturaLawn going forward and hope Robert continues to be assigned as our lawn technician.”"
