"Ms Mitchell is a real jewel. We had some antique lacquered pieces and wanted wall color to compliment them. That is when we discovered that Jillian has a degree in fine arts. She is also a highly sought after set painter and has travelled from New Hampshire to Savannah on theatre and TV jobs. Because she is not pushy she didn't volunteer her opinion until in frustration we asked her. The rooms are perfection. She is always on time,m works tirelessly and leaves no mess. We learned that she paints murals on walls and ceilings and is a master of faux finishes."

Also provided brochure of shingle colors available. <br /> Took old shingles off roof; repaired places where plywood had deteriorated; new tarpaper, shingles, vent flashing, roof edge. I was <br /> pleased they do not use nail guns, but hand nail each shingle. They are careful about having enough nails in each shingle. They use good quality materials. This roof should last a very long time. Jeff Willis operates his business with Good, old-fashion pride in workmanship. I wish more contractors had this attitude. <br />"

"Called them for an estimate, showed up next day. Scheduled work for two weeks off. Due to weather they called and asked if OK to do our job a week early. Said AOK. They showed up at 0800 and started work. Worked for two days to complete job. Results are outstanding. Will have them back for more painting. <br />"

The owner seemed pretty knowledgeable and suggested a kind of paint which would replace vinyl siding with a 30 year guarantee on the paint. "Contacted Baker Roofing by phone to schedule a visit for an insurance paid re-roof. Salesman, David Frawley, responded promptly. He met with us, provided a detailed scope of work based on the insurance information that we had previously provided to him. We set up a tentative time frame for the start of the work. Due to weather, we had a few restarts but the Project Manager, Mark Chasse, was on top of it and kept us up-to-date and stayed in touch. He called to discuss where the shingles, the dumpster, and the work trailer could be staged during the time they would be at out house. Mark was on the job for most of the install.The installers worked hard and were focused. No nonsense or fooling around with this team. We had bushes and expenses trees, propane tanks and 3 large A/C units around the perimeter of the house. Baker made sure that nothing was damaged. They walked the perimeter with a giant magnet for nails, picked up trash and left at dusk. I requested they return the next day in the daylight to pick up some remaining trash and nails, which they willingly did. The gutter installer was scheduled by Baker and he returned on Monday to complete the job with the gutters. They did a beautiful job. We were very happy from the beginning contacts with David  all the way to the end with Mark Chasse. Great Company, stands by their work. Granted, this was an insurance job, but we interviewed several roofers. This company hand nails your roof. Even the employees tout how happy they are working at Baker.  We would wholeheartedly recommend Baker Roofing to others. It was important to us to have a local roofer in case of any issues or concerns and Baker came highly recommended. We are so very glad we chose them. Let me also say that everyone that I spoke with on the phone whose names I can't recall were all very nice. Customer Service was A+.
