"What had started as a small task (or at least I thought) turned into something more than what I expected. That’s when I started shopping around for plumbing services, Cortes plumbing service and drains was one of the first to reach out to me and provided an estimate over the phone. Eduardo was professional and was able to come to my house with in the hour. After reviewing my drain line clog he explained a few options and tried a few drain line augers, luckily around 65/75 ft the issue was resolved. Some grass root was found along with some menstrual tissue that was caught with in the root. Eduardo was able to remove the heart of the root and clear out the clog. He also recommend treatment to prevent further root growth in the sewage line, along with some preventative maintenance recommendations. I definitely will be using his services again as I am happy with the quality and level of knowledge to explain the steps needed for a successful repair."

"He is very helpful, response immediately, very friendly and professional. He is able to find the source of the leak in short time, with his experience and skills of course, and provide repair plans to me and explain the issues and his repair work very clearly before starting the work. He helped me moving the furniture and others things for his repair work. He fixed the leak, fully testing it after and provide warranty a year for his work. Love his work and he is really a great person too. He also did additional service for my sink and toilet at the same time because they also have some leak issues. "Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."
