The quote Francisco provided included removal of the old grass, the preparation, soil amendments, fertilizer and new sod for significantly less than the three other quotes I received. After providing us with a prompt quote, he was also able to tell us when he was able to start the project. Imagine our surprise when he was able to come out within days.
