"This company did a five star job. We found plenty of evidence convincing that complete new roofing was needed. The 'Unique Roofing & Home Improvement Co.' took time to look everywhere, including attics--and I went with them. Only one of the six other companies that came to our house even asked if they could look inside the attics. Two of the companies came, but didn't even bother to go up on the roof! Furthermore, this company promised to start that same day, and they did. Two whole days and it was done. The price may have been a bit high, I'm not sure. But their team did very good work. I recommend this company. The only reason I gave them a four star rating is because they were very pushy when trying to get me to sign the contract: 'now or never!' They wouldn't even wait for my wife to come home, so we could decide together. No one likes that! "Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean. "
