I hired Schmitty's to remove an old double bowl kitchen sink and faucet with a new single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciated their no-nonsense, honest, prompt service, and very fair pricing. I chose Schmitty's based on the positive customer reviews, and would hire them again. I told them I would recommend them to all my friends who have plumbing needs!"

"I contacted Seatown Electric about installing a replacement bathroom fan; the existing fan (an inexpensive and loud NuTone) was undersized for the bathroom and leading to condensation. I e-mailed Lisa and Matt at the main office to get their input on a new fan with humidity-sensing capabilities, high airflow, and low sound.They sent me a suggestion for a high-quality Panasonic bathroom fan that fit my needs perfectly, plus an estimate that was very reasonable. On the scheduled day, Jeff and his assistant arrived and got right to work: they spread out some protective gear for my floors, removed the old ceiling fan, enlarged the ceiling cutout to accommodate the new fan, and had the new fan installed in just over an hour. I was particularly impressed at how carefully Jeff removed the old fan - it wasn't as easy as simply pulling the old one out, but he took the time to cleanly remove it from the ceiling without unnecessary cutting or leaving behind any stray mounting hardware. To top it all off, Jeff and his assistant cleaned up all the stray dust and insulation that had fallen from the ceiling. In the end, I had an awesome new ceiling fan with a humidity sensor that was installed in much less time than it ever would have taken me. :-) I'm very happy with Seatown and will be hiring them again."

"Mad Pipers did an excellent job on the work! Zack provided the original estimate. He was responsive, punctual, answered all my questions and provided a very thorough estimate of the work we needed done in a timely manner. I took estimates from other companies but Mad Pipers was by far the the most responsive and for the large amount of work we needed done, they were also the best pricing. The job was completed by Zack and Ragen who showed up on time and were very professional. The work itself was a two day job. They made sure to explain everything that was completed. I was very happy with the work they did and as a result asked them back to provide an estimate for some additional (smaller scale) work I needed done on a guest bathroom (replacing old galvanized steel pipes with new copper pipes) and a master bathroom (replacing a popup & drain which was done by Curtis). "My first impression of Thermo Direct was very favorable for the following reasons: (1) the timely response (within minutes) to my online request to Duke Energy for a referral (the scheduler [Loretta?] is an interesting lady [personality] who obviously knows her job and gave me confidence that she would take good care of me (Thanks!), (2) the same day appointment for a diagnostic visit (and what I assumed would be a repair on the same day or the next day), and (3) the photos shown to me and emailed to me today by the very courteous, polite, very competent, and trustworthy Service Technician, Corey Woodward. What I did not realize was that parts had to be ordered and received and that a future appointment for repairs would be needed before my downstairs, that was totally without heat for more than a week, could be safe and functional for me, an elderly person.
