"Rossy was quick to provide an estimate, and was flexible with getting my residence on her schedule. The cleaning aspect was above average. Unfortunately, they skipped an entire room and bathroom and did not adjust the price. Slightly more alarming is that something was discarded (broken pottery pieces that admittedly might have resembled trash?) but none of her staff ever fessed up to this which has created an air of mistrust."
