"What a wonderful experience. I met with James Jordan who was really knowledgeable about what would work. I looked at their great showroom and he brought books and samples to our house. My husband is a general contractor and asked numerous questions. He was really impressed. James helped us design a new driveway, porch, walkway and backyard. The great crew arrived with Jimmy Jackson. Jimmy was fabulous to work with. He kept everything on time. They worked all day Thursday and Friday. Then it started to rain. It was sunny so they worked tirelessly and really knew what they were doing. They are obviously the best of the best. My husband personally watched everything they did. On Wednesday heavy rains were predicted. Jimmy came with a crew of 10 men and finished the job by 3pm before the rains came. I would use them in a second again. It looks terrific. Our neighbors stop and admire and ask where we had it done. System Pavers, you did an awesome job!"

"Overall the project was fantastic, and Seth was great to work with. From taking the concept my wife had, Seth drew up a plan with everything she asked for, and we were able to scale back where needed for budgeting purposes, so he helped us rework from the original design to where we ultimately landed. Timing - he began on time, and finished early. Project lasted a total of 5 weeks. Budget - he was spot on to the original budget. We did make changes to some items, and he kept a running change list that was helpful to keep us on track. Team - The guys were amazing, and took exceptional pride in their work. I got to chat them up quite a bit, and they’ve been with Seth for many years - which was an awesome sign, because I’m guessing you don’t stay of things aren’t going well. They were here everyday from 7-3:30, and the few times that they weren’t, we had a heads up. We even got a heads up when it wouldn’t be the full crew. Communication - pretty sharp, zero complaints here. We knew what was going on, when it was happening, and Seth was here almost everyday for at least a period of time. Overall, they were great - and we will use them again for our front yard, hopefully sooner rather than later."

"I decided to give Professional Builders & Remodeling a try after a friend recommended them to me for my kitchen remodel. I am very pleased with the results. "They're a company that finds gardeners in the area. I have somebody that comes every Wednesday. Anything I want done, I contact him at Landscape Locators. He calls specific gardeners and then gives me a price. I pay them. I have some plants and trees and things like that which cost me a little bit more. They're great. I did't ask for a specific time. I chose the gardener that I could give a key in case I'm not here. They are definitely trustworthy."

"We wanted a textured finish, so after the concrete was set up hard enough, etching fluid was poured and left to dry. The next morning Efrain used a power washer to remove the milky white film to reveal the textured surface. <br /> When the job was completed, they made sure their work area was all cleaned up real nice. One of the crew even watered the rose bush that had to be removed from the soil and placed in a container. Friendly,  professional, and competent, the owner Efrain and and his crew were a pleasure to work with, and we heartily recommend them for your concrete projects from small to large. <br /> Care in execution, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction are qualities all occurring in good measure by Egald Construction. <br /> I put N/A for the price rating because I'm not sure what "good" or "excellent" means in a price rating. Does "excellent" mean cheapest price, or does it mean, as was the case with this review, there was an "excellent" match between money spent and value received?  I'm happy to pay a fair price for excellent work, so to me "fair" is the highest possible rating in regards to price. Anyway, I have no qualms about the amount paid for the job. <br />"

"The Belmans did an amazing job of installing pavers and decorative walls. They were very easy to work with, they explained everything clearly. Alexis came by to check on the crew and made sure that we were informed of the job that took about 2 weeks to complete. "I've dealt with a number of contractors throughout the years and I must say Adam Othman is truly one of a kind. Adam only works on one job at a time and the quality of service really shows. I knew Adam was the right person for our project immediately after our very first phone call. He took his time to really understand my objectives. You immediately get the sense that Adam is unlike other contractors. He is extremely sensitive to the client's budget and goes beyond the call of duty to get the job done right and on budget. Our project involved a 1922 Spanish home with a very low tiled ceiling. The ceiling was extremely out of scale in relation to the size of the room and it was our objective to raise it as high as possible. Prior to our contract, Adam dedicated so much time surveying the attic on two separate occasions and helped us come up with a solution that didn't require any major structural modification to our existing roof. Adam is a very methodical thinker. You could literally see his mind coming up with solutions as he quietly studied the project. You know you are in good hands because of the questions he asks. He anticipates problems before they even happen and that really put us at ease. Our project time frame was 4 weeks. Adam started the project on time and finished EXACTLY on the week he promised. He is by far the most organized contractor I've ever dealt with. Workmanship was superb. The work area was always left clean and the framing he personally did on the ceiling was truly a work of art. Before the drywall went up, he and I joked that the framing was too beautiful to cover up. He did absolutely beautiful work. The drywall crew did an outstanding job skim coating the plaster walls and their workmanship was as superb as Adam's. He clearly hires the best sub contractors in the business. It was the most stress free experience we've had from any previous contractor and that is testament to the way Adam runs his business. The living room is now quickly becoming my favorite room in the house and I am grateful to Adam for putting all his heart into it. He is truly a wonderful contractor who I now consider a friend. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to anyone. He is truly the best!"

"We are looking to replace our large front lawn with  water-wise landscaping, with the objective of qualifying for the water district rebate which is available for replacing turf with low water use plants, and with the further objective of hoping to lessen our water usage.  After reading reviews on Angie's List we called Kirk and set up an appointment for him to come to our home.  He arrived at our home at the appointed time.  We explained to him our objectives and he listened attentively to our needs and limitations.  He thoroughly surveyed the area and took measurements before leaving.  We gave him the guidelines and plant list from the water authority.  He said that he would send us pictures of some of the plants he chose from the list so that  we could indicate any that we did not like.  The next week we received the labeled colored pictures of the plants and we indicated the ones we did not care for.  He was very accommodating and willing to be sure we were completely satisfied with the plant selection. <br />  Yesterday he met with us with the completed design plan.  He had done a very nice job and we were  pleased.  The plans (three copies) were complete with names of plants, number of plants, and pictures of each plant in color.  He carefully  explained to us his use of each plant and how it fits into the total design.  Kirk prompted us to ask any questions we might have and was very open to any concerns we had.  We are very happy that he has kept in mind the limited budget we have for installation and plants, and created a design not elaborate but attractive using plants of varying textures and sizes which complement each other. <br /> Kirk is very easy to work with and attentive to the desires and needs of the client. <br />"
