"Overall it was a pleasant experience. The salesman Bob came out on-time and reviewed the work that needed to be done. I will note he did not look at the crawlspace of my home or make any notes regarding this facet. He gave me a quote and I received a supposed discount for being an Angie's List member and for paying directly, but it was still higher than previous quotes. They have a great automated system to keep you informed but I did not get a window of time prior to 10 am that day. I called the office and the employee's answering the phones were either really tired or need a raise cause their tone was not great. They told me I had an afternoon appointment and would call 30 minutes to showing up. The installers came out and were great guys! They did try to have me flush and reuse the lines for the same price which seemed a bit shady when the estimate was for new lines. The lines were over 30 years old and needed to be replaced. I eventually did convince them to install the new lines and they had some troubles getting into the crawlspace of my home. They were successful in replacing the lines and getting the unit installed. While no business is perfect, I think there is some room for improvement here in all the teams of their business."

"In November of 2016, I asked Chris Johnson owner of Johnson & Johnson Renovating & Remodeling company to install a very nice Therma-Tru fiberglass front entry door (with multi-point locking system) in my house. Chris himself came out and completed the work, the door was already on site. It took Chris a couple of hours to complete the job along with a little of my help and that of a reciprocating saw, but the installation was excellent. The door is plumb in two dimensions, swings without issue and the locking system engages perfectly. As always, hauling away the demo material is included in the job. I am very satisfied with Chris and his work. This was my fourth contracting job with Johnson & Johnson Renovating & Remodeling company. In the pictures, the door trim is not included as I trimmed it out after Chris was done with the install."

"R and S plumbing is accessible under Commercial Service which primarily does Heating and Cooling - so R and S is their plumbing half.  I called them because our outdoor spigot was leaking.  It was feared they were going to have to try to access it from inside which would have been a mess. We talked about the simple fix and the more complex fix - he would try the simple fix first hoping that would work and it did!!!  Same on the replacement of the handles - just replacing and re caulking in the handle flanges in the shower was a simple fix but with the age of our shower, replacing the stems was a complex fix and once again the simple fix worked great!!!  He was in and out in about 30 or so minutes and everything looked great.  The week before they put in a gas line to my fireplace for me.  I truly appreciate that they try the easy fix before doing the more expensive fix that would cost lots of money and leave more work to do because he explained they they don't repair holes if they have to make them.  I love calling Commercial Service through Angie's list as they route the call to the department I need and they send me someone very quickly.  I am also very happy to learn that they will be servicing my new house. <br />"

"Dunhams were very friendly and professional as always, on time with excellent quality of work. Billy suggested putting the access box to one side so that water could be adjusted without having to move the stacked washer/dryer. He left the area clean and ready to go. Several years ago they put a water filtration system on two different sinks in our home which keeps the water tasting pure and clean. We prefer they check and replace filters if needed annually instead of doing that on our own for now."
