"They came out the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. Nick the technician was great! Did a thorough job and was fast. Gave us options and explained everything clearly. Even looked at a drain leak and didn't charge us. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 for the value for the money is based on how long it took to do the project, the hourly rate is like well over $300. But I guess that's just the plumbing business. If you have to hire a professional, it's gonna cost. Other than that, I would highly recommend these guys and should we have plumbing issues again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them."

"I've worked with Plum Rite for 3 projects now for clogged drains, under sink plumbing issues and, shut off valve issues. I also just prucahsed a new jole and they helped me go trhoigh the ossuss called out in the inspection to let me know what should be taken caee of sooner rather than later. They have been amazing every time. Everyone is very kind and straight forward about the work that does and doesn't need to be done at that moment. They respond very quickly to calls and are extremely reasonably priced. Everyone is friendly and eager to help. I will continue to use plum rite for all my plumbing needs in the future! "They scheduled a service call for the same day, which was great because it was a Friday and I was planning on having people over to my house over the weekend. Tom came out and cleaned out the clog and informed me that it wasn't the garbage disposal. He was very honest and professional. He could have upsold me on a new garbage disposal, but didn't do that. He also cleaned out a small clog in the master bathroom. He explained everything and gave me some hints on how to avoid getting a clog again. He then cleaned up afterward.
